Where are you located and what are your hours?
The studio is conveniently located at 4046 Crockett St., Richmond, VA 23228. It is a welcoming and private space designed to make you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during your treatments.
Appointments are available from 10 am to 7 pm. Please note that services are provided by appointment only to ensure that each client receives my full, undivided attention.

What is your cancellation policy?
Because I provide exclusive, one-on-one attention for every client, securing your appointment requires a standard booking deposit. This deposit goes directly towards your final service total and ensures that your dedicated time slot is reserved specifically for you.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as it is very difficult to fill that specific time slot on such short notice.
